About SEOT Mindset Inc
SEOT Mindset Inc is on a mission to help people get better. We do this by creating social-emotional learning resource for teachers to use with students. We also create high quality, affordable tools to help teachers become teacherpreneurs.
Selling teaching resources on TPT is an awesome 21st century learning task for teachers. It helps us develop self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision making (SEL competencies; the CASEL 5) as we work on our individual TPT journeys toward financial freedom.
At SEOT Mindset, we believe teacherpreneurs who develop SEL competencies by working on their TPT stores are building transferable skills which will naturally become part of the teachable moments in their classrooms. Active Citizenship, Critical Thinking, and Courageous Conversations are key to making the world a better place.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services we provide (including, but not limited to this website afreesellertool.com, any TPT Seller tools, resources or videos created by SEOT MIndset Inc.) Please read them carefully and reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
If you don’t agree to these Terms, don’t use our services and delete any files provided by our service.
Our Services are provided “as is” for use at your own risk. Support is not guaranteed or provided.
SEOT Mindset Inc and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither SEOT Mindset Inc, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by all of the Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that we may publish via the Services from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”). No Guarantees
At any point, TPT can change the way their website works effectively breaking any third-party TPT Seller tool or resource.
Data Protection
The pivot tables in the google sheet require you to import your TPT sales data or TPT product stats data for analysis.
You are responsible for abiding by TPT terms and conditions to ensure the privacy of your sales data. Please be mindful of where you share your data.
For clarity, access to any Google Sheet tool will be provided using a one-click “forced” copy link. When you click this link, you create a fresh copy of the Google Sheet file in your own Google Drive. SEOT Mindset Inc does not have access to this file unless you choose to share it with them.

We love hearing from you and are always looking to improve our Services. When you share comments, ideas, or feedback with us, you agree that we’re free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you.
Changes
We may modify the Terms from time to time, for example, to reflect changes to our Services (e.g., adding new features or benefits to our Services or retiring certain features of certain Services) or for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, and the laws of Canada without regard to principles of conflict of law, and regardless of where you are located in the world. SEOT Mindset Inc is located in Ottawa, Ontario. Any dispute will be in the provincial and federal courts located in Ontario, Canada.
